StudyKit is a PowerPoint to notes online tool that turns slide decks into structured lecture notes. Upload a PPTX file in your browser and receive sectioned notes with headings and bullet summaries. This is ideal for students who want to review a deck quickly without scrolling through dozens of slides. Because the process is online, you can generate notes from any device without installing software.
The notes are built to match your slide order, so the flow of the lecture stays intact. Each section includes bullet points that summarize the key ideas, making it easy to skim before an exam. This is especially useful when instructors share multiple decks, since the notes provide a consistent format for all of them. You can also generate a study guide or flashcards from the same upload when you need different review formats.
StudyKit supports text-based PPTX and PDF slides in the MVP. If your slides are image-only, the system will show a warning instead of generating empty output. OCR support is planned for Phase 2, but most modern slides already contain selectable text. That means the online notes generator works well for standard lecture decks.
Export options keep the workflow flexible. Free users can copy Markdown into Notion, Obsidian, or Google Docs. Basic and Pro add PDF export for print review or sharing. You can also use the same upload to generate flashcards or a quiz for active recall, which makes the notes more actionable.
If you want to convert PowerPoint to notes online without manual formatting, StudyKit gives you a fast, structured output that stays aligned with your lecture slides.
